Shipping & Return Policy of Goods

AFTER YOU PLACE AN ORDER-

Once you place your order, we receive the details of your order and notify the same through E-mail/ SMS. It will get dispatched by 2-3 business days.

Once dispatched, you will receive the shipment details and Airway Bill number (AWB no.) via email and SMS provided by you when you placed the order.

You can track your order by visiting the courier partner website and enter the AWB no. shared with you in the relevant form to track the current location of your shipment and expected date of delivery.

SHIPPING-

Our orders are shipped from different parts of India. We ensure the best courier service available to ship our products. It should reach your destination by 7-10 business days. Orders may get delayed in case of public holiday, natural calamities, unavoidable circumstances.

We will not responsible for the delay for wrong shipping address during the checkout.

Our shipping charges will be free of cost for orders worth more than Rs 500 INR. Below that given amount we will add Rs 60 to your order value.

If a package arrives in a damaged condition, please check immediately and you can refuse to accept the shipment from the carrier and inform us immediately at sales@fermoscapes.com

 

CANCELLATION-

In case you need to cancel the order for any reason, you can cancel at no charges within 24 hours.

Any part cancellation of the order may incur shipping charges on the balance order.

Shipping charges are applicable if the order is Cancelled after shipping. The remaining cost is refunded to you. Please read below for the exchange and return process.

EXCHANGE & RETURNS-

We have a Exchanges and Returns policy on all our products within 10 days of you receiving it.

A credit note will be issued against the refund minus the shipping charges applicable for the return shipment. You can use the credit note on any products on the website.

Please contact us via email at  with your Order number, Delivery address and the Specific reason for return. We will look into the issue and respond to you within 48 working hours.

A reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 3-4 business days. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, undamaged and the original tags and packaging are intact to ensure hassle-free and quick processing.
Kindly understand us below before returning our products.
  • All our physical products will be designed and handcrafted with utmost care and love. While you may see marginal difference in size, color, weight, shape, these are naturally occurring because of the uniqueness of handcrafted products. We ensure this will not affect the quality of the products. Please do not take this as the flaw or defect of the products.
  • Since each product is handcrafted and unique in its own way, an irregular weave or stitch shall not be considered as a defect. Due to its handcrafted nature, the products will have some imperfections and irregularities, showing their uniqueness. 
  • All the customized painting/arts/crafts will be made after consulting thoroughly with you. In that case please allow us to take some extra time to prepare the best as per your wish. We will notify you the required time in the E-mail communication.

REFUNDS-

All refunds are made online once we have received the product within 10 business days.
